Size Measurement Guide
The measurements for all SoulSong garments are listed in the garment information located on each individual product page. Each SoulSong creation is a slightly different shape and fit, so please take the time to measure your size.
How to measure:
Bust:
Measure around the fullest section of your bust/chest, under your arms (wearing a bra that you would normally wear).
Waist
Relax your stomach and measure around the natural curve of your waist, above your hips.
Hips/Butt
Measure around the most bountiful region of your hips/butt.
Shoulder to hem
When comparing to see if our 'shoulder to hem' measurements are going to suit you.
Stand tall and let the end of the tape fall loosely and the final measurement held at your shoulder. This allows you to see if the garment length is right for you.
Leg Length
Stand tall and let the end of the tape fall loosely to the ankle (or leg if measuring skirt length) and the final measurement held at waist height. This allows you to find an accurate length without bending, and you will see if the garment length is right for you.
In Seam
Measure the distance from the crotch to just below the ankle bone.
Arm Length
This will depend on the style of the garment. Arm lengths measurements may be from the neckline, shoulder and at times underarm. So please check as the exact area to measure will be noted in the garment measurements.
Note: Our garments are pre-washed and pre-shrunk during the printing and dying process – this ensures the fit is true.

Embracing sustainability and the beauty of the past, our Vintage Nomad Kantha Indigo Aura combines the essence of a classic Nomad Kantha Jacket, crafted from 100% Cotton and 100% recycled fabrics, with an Indigo hand-block-print over-dye. This transformation takes the Nomad into a whole new realm, whilst preserving its iconic, relaxed-fitting design with a soft drape, perfect for layering over any outfit.
Each jacket a timeless one-of-a-kind creation, made from layers of pre-loved cotton saris that are up-cycled and meticulously stitched together to form a rug-sized piece. The intricate all over hand-stitched embroidery, ensures every jacket is an individual work of art.
Lovingly handpicked Kantha’s are up-cycled and transformed into these unique Kantha jackets, with each characteristic piece reflecting the care and craftsmanship poured into its creation.

Please choose carefully as this garment is made from preloved Vintage Textiles, therefore an appreciation of blemishes and imperfections is essential.
Kantha stitching is one of India’s oldest traditional embroidery methods.

It is essential that delicate and handcrafted textiles be stored safely. Being a vintage hand-crafted item, you will need to take care of your garment in order to preserve its beauty.
Washing:
Be very gentle as I’m made from hand embroidered cotton.
Our recommendation would be to: spot clean | steam | air | dry clean
If washing, please hand wash gently in cool water and place on coat hanger to dry immediately.
* We recommend washing Indigo prints separately in cold salty water several times to release any excess dye.

Chest circumference – 124cm
Arm hole circumference – 44cm
Arm length (neck to cuff) – 65cm
