We understand that online shopping is convenient, however sometimes things just don’t suit or fit the way you were hoping they would. We want you to be completely happy with your SoulSong purchase, so if you wish to return or exchange an item the information on this page outlines how you go about it.

The entire SoulSong slow fashion range of garments and products are handcrafted in workplaces using ancient traditional methods of textile production. We support small communities from the makers to their families, following sustainable ethical practices that support their environment and way of life.  Our beautiful hand block printed cotton garments undergo a thorough quality control to ensure you’re delighted with your unique SoulSong purchase.

Our SoulSong team make every effort to ensure all orders are processed and packaged correctly, however, if for some reason you need to return or exchange an item, please read through the information provided below.

Change of mind – we’re happy to exchange, provide online credit or refund within 28 days.
Postage costs are to be paid by customer.

Please note CLEARANCE SALE items are not eligible for refund or store credit, except where faulty.


All returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.
Return your item(s) to us by Australia post.
All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, folded neatly in same packaging it arrived in, with all labels and swing tags attached.
Vintage Textile items and Hand Knits are not eligible for refund.  Our SoulSong team can create a store credit (valid for 12 months) for these items.

we will free post full priced exchange items back to customers within Australia. (does not include Clearance items)

We’ll contact you once we receive your returned item(s).
Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment method or, if you wish, store credit.

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.
You are responsible for the article(s) until it reaches us.
SoulSong will reimburse customers for postage when the items being returned are due to us sending damaged, faulty or incorrect items in your order.
