Postage and Delivery – within Australia

FREE DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE for all orders over $150  *conditions apply

  • Postage is automatically calculated through the online ordering process and added to your order prior to checkout. You’ll receive an automated confirmation email with details of your order.
  • Postage – All orders will be sent by Australia Post Parcel service and are trackable.
  • FREE postage for orders over $150 – except for wholesale orders and orders containing bulky items. A standard rate of $12 is charged for orders under $150.
  • Bolsters and Cushions are classed as ‘bulky items’ and are exempt from the FREE Postage offer. Standard postage rate per bolster is $30.
  • Wholesale orders will incur a delivery charge. You will be advised of this charge and approximate time for delivery prior to dispatch of your order. This charge is an actual cost of having your order delivered to your nominated delivery address.
  • Processing – Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Depending on your delivery zone, delivery to your nominated address should be 2-3 business days – for rural area’s and for NT, TAS, WA & SA please allow between 3 – 7 working days. Or refer to Australia Post tracking for more accurate delivery times.

Postage and Delivery – International

  • International Postage is automatically calculated through the online ordering process and added to your order prior to checkout. You’ll receive an automated confirmation email with details of your order.
  • Postage – We apply a flat rate for all International orders 500g in weight and under. If your package is over 500g we will contact you with the new delivery costs. Estimated delivery times are as listed:
New Zealand (Zone A) $25 10 – 15 days
Asia Pacific (Zone B) $35 10 – 20 days
USA/Canada/Middle East (Zone C) $40 10 – 20 days
Rest of the World (Zone D) $45 10 – 20 days
  • Processing – orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Soul Song is not liable for any import or custom taxes that may be incurred outside Australia.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note your order may be delayed for reasons beyond our control.  We take all care to process and despatch orders, however SoulSong is not responsible for postage/shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost in Transit

  • We provide tracking numbers for all orders, however SoulSong does not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or parcels with a valid proof of delivery. If your order is lost in transit, you will need to contact Australia Post and complete a missing item form as the owner of the parcel.
