We understand that online shopping is convenient, yet sometimes things donโt fit or feel quite right. We want you to love your SoulSong purchase – so if you wish to make a return, please read the details below.
Each SoulSong piece is lovingly handmade using traditional block-printing and artisan textile techniques. Every garment supports small communities, embraces sustainable practices, and celebrates timeless design. Because of this care, each item is individually unique – perfectly imperfect – and thoroughly checked for quality before it reaches you.
Returns for Refund or Store Credit
Weโre happy to offer Store Credit or Refund on full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Store Credits are issued for the value of your returned item(s); they have no expiry and can be used toward any future purchase.
If youโd prefer a Refund instead of Store Credit, a small $10 handling fee applies. This helps cover the extra time and care involved in inspecting, refolding, repackaging, and processing each return.
Refunds cannot be issued for items purchased using a Credit Note, these are eligible for Store Credit only.
Full refunds are always offered if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Promotional & Sale Purchases
Items purchased during online promotions are subject to the specific conditions of each offer.
No store credit or refunds on FINAL SALE items.
Black Friday Sale – returns are eligible for store credit only.
Clearance Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
In-store Purchases – returns are eligible for store credit only.
How to Return
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include a copy of your SoulSong invoice and a short note outlining the item(s) youโre returning and the reason:
(Does not fit | Change of mind | Iโd like to exchange | Incorrect or faulty item received).
Let us know if youโd like a store credit or a refund (less $10).
If no instructions are provided, a store credit will be issued.
*Please check the information above for eligibility before returning your item(s).
All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and neatly folded with original packaging, labels, and swing tags attached.
Processing Your Return
Returns are processed within 7 business days.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for your returned item(s) until they reach us.
