We understand that online shopping is convenient, yet sometimes things donโt fit or feel quite right. We want you to love your SoulSong purchase – so if you wish to make a return, please read the details below.
Each SoulSong piece is lovingly handmade using traditional block-printing and artisan textile techniques. Every garment supports small communities, embraces sustainable practices, and celebrates timeless design. Because of this care, each item is individually unique – perfectly imperfect – and thoroughly checked for quality before it reaches you.
Returns for Store Credit
Store Credits are issued for the value of the returned item(s). They have no expiry and can be used toward any future purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if you receive an incorrect item.
Change of Mind
We happily offer Store Credit on full-priced items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Promotional & Sale Purchases
Items purchased during online promotions are subject to the specific conditions of each offer.
No store credit is offered on FINAL SALE items.
Clearance Sale items are final and not eligible for store credit.
Exchanges
We donโt offer direct exchanges. Once your return is processed, you can use your Store Credit to purchase your preferred item.
How to Return
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include a copy of your SoulSong invoice and a short note outlining the item(s) youโre returning and the reason (Does not fit | Change of mind | Incorrect item received)
All items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and neatly folded with original packaging, labels, and swing tags attached.
Processing Your Return
Store Credits are processed within 7 business days.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for your returned item(s) until they reach us.
