Packing & Sending
Our online business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. During SALE periods or busier times, there may occasionally be a slight delay in dispatch.
All orders are packed and shipped from our Noosa Junction store via Australia Post.
Please note: Selecting Express Post speeds up the delivery time once your parcel has left us, however orders are still packed and processed in the order they are received.

Tracking you order
All orders include Australia Post tracking.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Tracking notifications are sent via Starshipit, so if you haven’t received your email, please check your spam or junk folder.
International parcels are tracked via Australia Post while in Australia, then through your local postal service once they arrive in your country.
Within Australia, we're also able to ship to:

Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels
While we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.
For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting Express Post where possible. Please note that SoulSong cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or shipping timeframes.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel appears to be lost, we kindly ask that you lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post.
It’s also helpful if you contact us so we can assist by lodging an enquiry from our end where needed.
Although all parcels are sent with tracking, SoulSong cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or parcels marked as delivered with valid proof of delivery. However, we’ll always make every reasonable effort to help resolve missing parcel enquiries with Australia Post.
