Handmade in Greece by a family of shoemakers whose craft has been passed down through generations, Athena is made with soft leather straps and a leather upper sole, finished with a flexible rubber base for comfort underfoot.

The leather straps are very firm when first worn. With wear, the leather naturally softens and stretches, gradually moulding to your foot for a more comfortable, personalised fit.

The Textile

Natural Leather

Soft natural leather is used for both the straps and upper sole, with a flexible rubber base underfoot. The leather begins quite firm, then softens and stretches naturally with wear, gradually moulding to the shape of your foot.

Athena is made in Greece by a family of shoemakers whose craft has been passed down through generations. Each pair is traditionally made using leather straps and a leather upper sole, finished with a flexible rubber base for comfort and durability.

Size range 36 to 42

The leather straps are very firm at first. Allow a couple of wears for the leather to naturally soften and stretch.

Garment Care

Wipe over occasionally with a damp cloth and a natural leather cream or wax. This will help to restore the leather to its natural appearance. Do not submerge in water.

Sale items: are final sale and not eligible for a return, unless deemed faulty.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.
Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and folded inside the recycled vintage sari carry bag provided.
