Embracing sustainability and the essence of the past, our Vintage Kumud Kantha Jacket features exquisite Suzani embroidery – sewn onto the Vintage Kantha.
The Kumud is an elegantly oversized jacket with a relaxed shape & fall that you can layer over anything you like.
Suzani is a large traditional embroidered textile panel, the word ‘suzan’ in Farsi or Persian means needle.
These timeless gems are created from layers of pre-loved cotton Sari’s, up cycled and beautifully stitched into a rug size. The beautiful allover Kantha stitch has been sewn by hand, each piece an individual “one off” creation, brought to life in each thread, then lavishly embossed with traditional Suzani embroidery.
Every Kantha is handpicked with LOVE and up-cycled into this unique & exclusive Jacket.

Washing:
Be very gentle as I’m made from hand embroidered cotton.
Our recommendation would be to:  spot clean | steam | air | dry clean
