Created using thoughtfully chosen fibres including wool, acrylic/wool/viscose blends, and soft cashmere/wool blends — selected for warmth, texture, and comfort.

The Process

Knitwear

A small production of our knitwear is thoughtfully created in limited quantities, with a focus on softness, comfort, and easy everyday wear. Produced in small artisan-run workshops, each piece is carefully finished and made to be worn, loved, and layered through the seasons.

Sizing

Measurements are shown in centimetres (cm) and taken with the garment laid flat. They refer to the garment itself, not your body.

Fit may vary between styles, with some designed for a relaxed fit and others more shaped through the bust, waist, or hips.

As most SoulSong garments are made from natural cotton with minimal stretch, we recommend allowing room for ease and movement when selecting your size.

Garment Care

Airing and a little sunshine is often the best way to freshen your woollens & knits.

A light steam is a lovely option for gently refreshing and sanitising.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and a small amount of gentle detergent.

If needed, gently hand wash in cool water. DO NOT machine wash or tumble dry.

Lovingly handmade in India, slight variations in colour are part of the unique beauty of each garment.

We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be difficult, and occasionally a garment may not feel quite right once it arrives.

Full priced items: can be returned for a refund or credit note. Full priced Vintage garments can be returned for a credit note only.

Full priced items purchased during a promotion: can be returned for a credit note only.

Clearance sale items: are final sale and not eligible for a return, unless deemed faulty.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.
Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and folded inside the recycled vintage sari carry bag provided.
