Light, floaty and beautifully relaxed, the Havana Blouse has a soft, slouchy silhouette with loose sleeves gathered into fixed cuffs just below the elbow. Button her through as a blouse, or wear open as a light summer layer.

The Havana is all about softness, movement and a beautifully relaxed shape.

Softly dropped shoulders and roomy armholes flow into loose, slouchy ¾ sleeves, with gentle pleats finishing into fixed cuffs just below the elbow. Timeless and wonderfully free.

The neckline is round with a simple Mandarin-style finish, while the button-through front gives Havana more than one way to wear her. Buttoned as a blouse, loose over your favourite pants or worn open as a lightweight summer jacket.

The body is floaty and generous, balancing beautifully with the fullness of the sleeves.

Made slowly in 100% cotton and printed by hand using traditional hand-carved blocks.

The Textile

100% Cotton Voile

Soft and weightless with a light, flowing feel. Semi-sheer with a fine, gentle softness to the touch, moving beautifully on the body.

The Process

Hand Block Printed Indigo

Created using a traditional mud-resist hand block printing technique, each Indigo piece carries the depth and character of this centuries-old artisan process. Intricately carved wooden blocks are hand-printed onto the fabric using a specially formulated mud resist paste, before the cloth is immersed into an indigo dye vat.

Once dried beneath the sun and gently washed, the resist is lifted away to reveal the design beneath — rich indigo tones layered with beautifully organic texture and tonal variation.

Slow, skilful, and deeply rooted in tradition, this time-honoured process celebrates the beauty of human touch and natural indigo dyeing.

Garment Care

Handmade garments need extra loving care. Gently hand wash in COLD water using a very small amount of natural detergent. Do not soak or leave wet in a laundry basket. Do not place in a dryer. Drape or hang in the shade to dry. Leave un-ironed for that natural cotton look and feel.

We recommend washing Indigo pieces separately in cold salty water several times to help release any excess dye.

Lovingly handmade in India, slight variations in colour are part of the unique beauty of each garment.

Sale items: are final sale and not eligible for a return, unless deemed faulty.

Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.
Garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and folded inside the recycled vintage sari carry bag provided.
